A regular seat weighs 40 pounds and requires 0.5 hours of assembly labor and 1 hour or sewing labor. A sport seat weighs 50 pounds and requires 0.9 hours of assembly labor and 1.3 hours of sewing labor. Each month, Plant 1 has up to 900 hours of assembly labor and up to 2000 hours of sewing labor available.
